Born and raised  in the Bay Area,  after graduating college  Allison moved to the East coast to begin her consulting career.   She lived in Santa Fe, NM  for 9 years before meeting her husband, a General Contractor and also a California native.  They moved to the Intermountain Area in 2002, to be closer to family but most importantly to raise their children in a safe community which still holds on to its small town values.   Previously Allison had to catch a plane  to work and although she enjoyed working nationally and  internationally, Allison is thrilled to wake up and work within the community she lives and loves.

Kim Songer

Kim moved to the Fall River Valley in 1972, attending Fall River Elementary and Fall River High School. Her family owned and operated the well known Gallagher Equipment & Sales, and Dick Gallagher Well & Pump business. Kim married Mike Songer from Burney and has two children and six grandchildren. She enjoys camping and kayaking our beautiful Intermountain lakes and streams. Kim became a licensed realtor in 2015, and has gained valuable experience working for Century 21, before joining the team at Coldwell Banker Intermountain Realty. Her knowledge of the Intermountain area, and passion for living and working in this wonderful community are a tremendous asset to the office.

Cory Eades

Cory makes up the sixth generation of the Eades family in the intermountain area. From a logging and farming heritage, he is well acquainted with the area. He started in Real Estate in 2002, and operates a logging business as well. The love of outdoors, hunting & fishing helps Cory specialize in bare land, ranch & timber properties. Cory lives locally, with his wife of 25 years and their four boys.

Rick Ranslow

Rick Ranslow moved to the area in 1989 drawn by the fishing and hunting opportunities, as well as the sheer beauty of the area.  Rick began his real estate career in 1992 as a mortgage broker helping clients attain home loans and added brokering real estate to his portfolio of services in 1998 when he purchased Coldwell Banker Intermountain Realty from long time owners  Bob and Marge Hoodenpyle.  Rick has provided property management services for over 70 properties, his own as well as clients.

Looking for more time for other endeavors, Rick sold Coldwell Banker Intermountain Realty to Allison Cassity in 2009.   He continues to work as an Associate Broker listing and selling properties.  He brings over 20 years experience to his clients and specializies in foreclosure homes as well as commercial properties in the the Intermountain Area.
